FNF Leadership programme
Commissioned by Health Education England the Florence Nightingale Foundation created the Learning Disability Nurses Leadership Programme.
The programme serves to recognise the contribution of learning disability nursing across the country and provides scholars with a range of learning, capitalising on their passion and celebrating the amazing work they do every day within their practice.
The examples below are taken from the outstanding contributions produced by last years scholars, each of which illustrate the broad range of innovations in which they are delivering transformational leadership.
