I am delighted to welcome you to this new website for learning disability nursing.

The aim of the site is to create a central hub to support learning disability nursing, showcasing your expertise and valuing the contribution you make in so many ways across a diverse range of settings.

In March 2020, we launched the All England Action Plan for Learning Disability Nursing which sets out four ambitions to Attract, Retain, Develop and Celebrate learning disability nursing.

In delivering these ambitions, the website will provide a dedicated platform to help strengthen the profile of the profession and build professional networks, whilst promoting learning disability nursing as a really rewarding career option.
